Want a vintage camera, but don’t want to brave eBay? Well, we don’t have them, but you can make your own papercraft version. As long as you like Canon SLRs, that is.

Monday, October 18th, 2010What do you do when you’re a large printer company and your employees have some time on their hands? Make a 1:1 scale replica of a NSX race car, that’s what. Jalopnik has the pictures.
If you’re up to it, Epson has a 1:24 scale version of the same thing for you to assemble (in Japanese).
Optimus Prime papercraft – Only if you have A LOT of time on your hands.
Monday, April 12th, 2010Looks like there’s a seriously complicated Optimus Prime papercraft available at paper replika. Before you go galloping off into the paper world to work on this, it should be noted that this model is CRAZY detailed. I’d only attempt this if you have a serious amount of time to work on it. Also, the model itself isn’t totally finished. It looks like only the body and head are finished. So papercraft at your own risk!

DragonballZ and Bleach Papercraft
Monday, April 5th, 2010Came across some great papercraft on Papermodelz for Son Goku (DragonBallZ) and Ichigo Kurosaki (Bleach).
I just think it’s amazing what can be done with paper. The Son Goku papercraft really is unbelievable!

Download Son Goku Papercraft here and Ichigo Kurosaki here.

Spiderman Papercraft
Friday, March 19th, 2010Papermodelz has a cool Spiderman papercraft. Check it:

What is papercraft? Well, it’s the art of taking paper and making them into toy models/sculpture/art. I’ve found paper craft very fascinating ever since I went to the Slash exhibit show over at the Museum of Arts and Design. I encourage everyone to go if they’re in New York. It’s running until April 7. I’ll definitely post as much as I can about it in the geek realm!
